Appearance is where you'll shape your Parafolk from head to toe. Customize body proportions, facial features, hairstyles, makeup, tattoos, and more. Nearly every category includes color customization and randomization options, making it easy to create anything from a realistic version of yourself to a completely original character.
Body
Here is where you can customize height, body shape, chest shape, bottom shape, body hair and skin tone.
Face
Here is where you can customize eyes, nose, mouth, facial structure, facial hair and skin details.
Hair
Here is where you can customize hairstyles, facial hair, hair coverings and hair color.
Makeup & Tattoos
Here is where you can customize eyeshadow, eyeliner, lipstick, blush, full face makeup and tattoos.
Clothing
The Clothing section is where you'll build your Parafolk's wardrobe. Mix and match clothing, shoes, accessories, and custom colors to create everyday outfits, pajamas, costumes, swimwear, and everything in between.
Headwear
Here is where you can customize headwear, glasses, jewelry and medical items.
Clothing

Shoes

The Personality section shapes how your Parafolk thinks, behaves and interacts with the world. Assign attribute points, choose a personality, select a talent and customize lifestyle preferences to create a Para that feels uniquely yours.

Here is where you can distribute attribute points between Physique, Mind, Creativity and Charisma.

Here is where you can choose a Vibe and Social Perk to shape your Parafolk's emotions, behaviors and social interactions.
Talents
Here is where you can choose a talent that highlights what your Parafolk naturally excels at.
Lifestyles
Here is where you can customize lifestyle preferences like diet, sleeping habits and cleaning habits.
Relationships
Relationships let you decide how your Parafolks know each other before you even begin playing. Whether you're creating a family, roommates, lifelong friends or a couple, setting these connections ahead of time helps your story start exactly where you want it to.

Paramaker Interface
To make sure you feel like a pro, it's worth taking a minute to familiarize yourself with the interface. Many of these buttons can save you time or help you build better households.
my thoughts
I easily spent hours in Paramaker creating the Para version of me. The customization feels endless even in early access. I was also very happy with the clothing options. Do I tuck this shirt in or out? Should I add a tank underneath? Do I go with sage green or forest green? Really asking myself the important questions here.
As I was working on this guide, they also released a new patch to where you can now enter Paramaker after the initial creation which was not possible before.
